Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions are intended to clarify how we will work together.  Please read them carefully before booking a consultation with Wiltrud Pott.

Tips and recommendations

I will never tell you to part with an item.  I can advise you and give you insights into how keeping clutter can affect you, but the final decision whether to keep or dispose of an item is entirely yours.  I therefore cannot take responsibility for the consequences of your decisions.

Please note that I am not a qualified surveyor and do not have the expertise to identify items of particular value or rarity. I therefore accept no liability if you decide to dispose of such items.

Confidentiality

Discretion is a matter of course for a trusting cooperation. You can rest assured that I will never share any personal information you provide me with.  

Fee

Payment is made after receipt of the invoice.

Cancellation or postponing

We both have the right to cancel or postpone a session due to unforeseen circumstances.  If I have to do this, I will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible and reschedule the session to a time that suits you.  If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please give me at least 24 hours notice or 50% of the fee will usually be due.
